We wrote this page because privacy policies are hard to read. Here's the plain-English version of exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we promise never to do.
What We Collect
Only what we need to run the service. Nothing more.
Your account info
Name, email address, company name, job title. Used to create and manage your account.
Property addresses you search
The addresses you enter to generate zoning reports. Stored in your account history so you can re-access reports.
Your profession
Developer, investor, architect, planner — helps us tailor the product to your needs and prioritize the right features.
Billing info
Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles it securely.
We also collect basic technical data automatically — like your browser type, IP address, and how you navigate the app. This is standard for any website and helps us keep things running smoothly and securely.
What We Do With It
Three things. That's it.
1. Run your reports
When you enter a property address, we send the coordinates to government GIS systems and our AI analysis engine to generate your zoning feasibility report. Your address is used to get data from public sources — full stop.
2. Keep your account working
Your name and email let you log in, receive billing receipts, and get service updates (like when we expand to new cities). We send you emails when you ask for them — and only the ones you actually need.
3. Make the product better
We look at aggregated, anonymized patterns across our user base — like which cities get searched most — to decide where to expand coverage and which features to build next. This analysis never identifies you as an individual.
What We Don't Do
These are firm commitments, not hedges.
Sell your data. We don't sell your personal information to anyone. Period.
Share your property searches. The addresses you search are yours. We don't share your search history with real estate platforms, competitors, data brokers, or anyone else.
Train AI with your data. We don't use your individual property queries or account data to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Anthropic's API Terms prohibit this by default.
Send you spam. We don't sell your contact info to marketers. You only hear from us about your account, your reports, or product updates you opted into.
Build ad profiles. We don't run advertising on our platform, don't use third-party ad pixels, and don't share data with ad networks.
Contact your network. We don't know who your clients or leads are, and we don't reach out to anyone based on addresses you search.
Track you across the web. No third-party tracking pixels, no retargeting, no fingerprinting.
Tools We Use (And What They See)
We work with a small number of trusted vendors to run the platform. Here's who they are and what they can see:
Stripe — Payments
Processes your payment card securely. They see your billing details. We don't store your card number.
Anthropic Claude API — AI Analysis
Powers the AI analysis in your reports. Receives property coordinates and GIS data — not your name, email, or account info. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models by default.
Nominatim / Google Maps — Geocoding
Converts the address you type into geographic coordinates so we can look up the right data. Sees the address string only.
Cloudflare — Security & CDN
Sits between your browser and our servers to block attacks and speed up the site. Sees IP addresses and basic request data as part of its security function.
AWS / Google Cloud — Hosting
Our servers run here. All your data lives in the United States, encrypted at rest and in transit.
How to Delete Your Data
You're in control. Here's how to get your data out or delete it:
Delete your account: Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. We'll delete your personal info and report history within 30 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years as required by tax law.
Export your data: Email [email protected] and request a data export. We'll send you a JSON file with everything we have on you within 30 days.
Fix inaccurate info: Update your name, email, or company name anytime in Account Settings. For anything you can't edit yourself, email us.
Opt out of emails: Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. Or go to Account Settings → Email Preferences.
You can also email [email protected] for any privacy request and we'll respond within 30 days.
How We Keep Your Data Safe
The basics:
All data between your browser and our servers is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).
Sensitive data stored in our database is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
Our team uses multi-factor authentication to access internal systems.
Access to your data is limited to employees who need it to help you.
We monitor for unusual activity and run periodic security assessments.
If there's ever a breach that affects your personal data, we'll tell you as quickly as legally required — and aim to notify within 45 days at most.
