Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately (prorated) or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Go to Account → Plan & Usage to manage your subscription.
Is Zoning Assist data legally reliable?
Zoning Assist pulls data directly from official municipal ArcGIS endpoints and is updated in real time. However, zoning data should always be verified with the applicable planning department before making final development decisions. Our data is for informational and feasibility screening purposes only.
Do unused reports roll over?
No. Monthly report allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle. Annual subscribers receive their monthly allocation each month — unused reports do not accumulate.
