Pricing questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Subscriptions renew automatically every month (or every year, on annual billing) at the price shown until you cancel. Cancel anytime online from Account → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Is Zoning Assist data reliable?
Each standard in a report comes from the city's official zoning map and adopted code and cites the section, so you can check it yourself. Bring the report's questions to the planning department as part of your normal review. If you ever spot a discrepancy, send us the source and we'll correct it and refund or credit the report under our Refund Policy.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately (prorated) or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle. Manage your plan from Account → Billing.
How do monthly report allowances work?
Your report allowance refreshes at the start of each billing cycle. Annual subscribers receive their full monthly allowance every month. Need more in a busy month? Extra reports are $24.99 each.
